Began his investment management career in 1991. Prior to joining Gillespie, Robinson & Grimm in 2000, was Vice President and portfolio manager with the investment management firm of Hovey, Youngman Associates in New York for four years. Previously spent five years with the New York based Global Asset Management division of Chase Manhattan Bank with responsibility for managing corporate, individual and charitable portfolios.
THOMAS H. GILLESPIE, JR.

Has been in the investment management business since 1960 and joined Gillespie, Robinson & Grimm, Inc. in 1971. Previous experience included seven years with MacKay-Shields Financial Corporation, specializing in the investment of corporate retirement funds and insurance portfolios; held position as Senior Vice President and Director. Also spent five years as portfolio manager with Industrial Indemnity Co., a San Francisco based fire and casualty company. Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
 STEPHEN K. GRIMM

Has worked in the investment management field for twenty-eight years. Experience prior to joining Gillespie, Robinson & Grimm in 1991 included over four years with Smith Barney Capital Management, managing sizable personal portfolios, as well as corporate retirement funds and portfolios for charitable organizations; held position as Vice President. Previously spent four years as a securities analyst and portfolio manager with the investment management firm of Wilkinson and Hottinger Inc., and two years as financial analyst at Citibank. Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
EDWARD C. LONG

Began his investment management career in 1994. Prior to joining Gillespie, Robinson & Grimm in 2005 spent two years with U.S. Trust in Palm Beach, Florida as Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager in the Wealth Management Group. Previously employed at Lazard Asset Management for three years as a security analyst and manager of large institutional and high-net-worth individual portfolios, and for six years at Merrill Lynch Asset Management as a security analyst and portfolio manager. Began his business career at IBM Corporation as an industrial engineer. Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Previously spent five years as a portfolio manager with Provident National Bank, Philadelphia, managing institutional portfolios. Chartered Financial Analyst. Member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
